Kerri Erler

Director of KLE Advisory.

From grant applications and developing project ideas into detailed plans to managing project delivery for strategic and infrastructure projects, Kerri can guide and support you through the application process, project governance, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.

She can also assist you, writing organisational strategies, policy development and reviews, develop Business Cases for submission to funding bodies and help your organisation develop solutions to complex organisational strategic and internal cultural problems.

Excelling in facilitating prosperous communities through driving community connectedness, is the foundation for the passionate dedication that Kerri brings to her work. Throughout her career her achievements have taken place in highly complex and challenging environments .Kerri has led high-performing teams of up to 30 people to deliver on key organisational priorities.

Across these roles Kerri has developed exceptional skills, Business Case development project management, project governance and risk management, people management and team leadership, community engagement and strategic planning.
